Took this picture shortly before Debbie got us kicked out of the11th Street Bar dance.
Turns our there was a a cover charge and Debbie made the mistake of making eye contact with the lady taking money.

Saw this perfect CBX at Luckenbach.
The only flaw I saw was some minor corrosion on the cam covers.
He bought it new.
The owner told me he also had a silver one in the same condition and both are unrestored.

I always liked CBX's, even though they weren't as fast as my CB-1100-F! They were definitely cool. 24 valves. What's not to like?

Debbie thought it was a little creepy they converted the old bathroom at Luckenbach into the Crescent Moon bar.
Wonder if they kept the long stainless steel urinal to hold iced down beer.

Tim Buyse is still on the road from the rally. He stopped by for the night and we went out to the Fish Camp for a couple beers and food.

He's headed back west along the gulf coast of Florida and expects to get home in another two weeks or so. It was a great visit.
