A snow boarder and a skier doing jumps, acrobatics in the air over the finale of the Giro d'Italia. Note Pogacar in pink who is well ahead to win the 15th stage.

Adjusting the B-Screw on a rear derailleur:

If significant adjustment is done, the rear derailleur will need to be completely readjusted: H & L limits: cable attachment and tension/trim.

I know for a fact that LEE likes cyclists!

Last week a cyclist in a group was shot from an SUV with a pellet gun just west of Columbus, OH. No arrests at this time.

I'd like to catch that f@@@er. If our group caught up to him, it would be ugly.

Beyond Saddle Height: The Crucial Roles Of Fore-aft, Tilt, And Equipment Choice In Your Saddle Position:

            https://www.myvelofit.com/fit-academ...ddle-position/

            Notes:

Changing any element of saddle position may require changing the other elements. For example, changing tilt may also require adjusting height and set-back. This includes the repercussions of changing to a different saddle style/shape (wave versus flat, width, etc.).

Handlebar changes may also be required. That is handlebar stem length, bar width, height, and angle. For example , changing to a steeper saddle tilt may require the bars to be rotated up to provide more support due to the added pressure on the hands from a greater tendency to slide forward.

How to break a chain without link pliers: Chain on chain ring and plastic tipped hammer.

BTW: "Chains don't actually stretch - the roller parts in the links wear thinner over time resulting in the spacing between links becoming longer."
