Official 2022 BRPR Thread June 2nd to June 5th. Wattstull Inn

I promised to do this Monday, but since the pandemic, Thursday is the new Monday anyway so here goes. The 2022 BRPR will again be at the Wattstull Inn in beautiful Arcadia, Virginia. Dates are from Thursday June 2nd through Sunday, June 5th. Rates are $85, Anne gave us a discount of $10 a room. She's holding 10 rooms for us, but she doesn't have anyone else there yet so I'm pretty sure there are more rooms if we use those ten up. You can reserve your room online, use the code BMW2022 to identify yourself with the group and get the discount. Or you can call 540-254-1551 and let them know you're with the BMW group. She said not to reserve rooms one or two, and she was having a computer issue but rooms 22 and 23 are available but they weren't showing up. Any problems call Anne at the Wattstull.

BTW, the original 10 rooms that Wes committed to are booked up, so the BMW2022 code doesn't work if you try to book online. I called them up and got a room at our $85 rate. Phone is 540-254-1551.

Man, I hate missing all this. Plus, I have yet to see anyone that can provide adult supervision to you all. But, the first week of June this year, I am riding my bicycle across Oklahoma, Idabel, Oklahoma to Baxter Springs, Kansas. It's an annual ride called Oklahoma FreeWheel. Probably only about 400 people will do it, which is microscopic compared to RAGBRAI.

There's a "Beer Bus" that follows the route each day. I guess that accounts for the many "corn field" stops that are taken.
